Of injuries there

Caught up in a snare
From know not where

No need to play fair

Laughter slowly seeps from my soul
As tradgedy seems to be in a spiral

Happiness no longer seems a goal
While messages of violence go viral.

Our society sadly feels the toll
When civilization goes suicidal.
